    Luxurious, huge room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Courteous and welcoming staff interactions. Magnificent location in the great area, close to centre of the city.

    Fairly clean place with welcoming and exceptionally nice staff and lovely view instead of mountains. A private safe, central heating and an iron available in the double room. Marvellous setting, adjacent to Zakopane center, the centre od Zakopane and the hill. Also, in a quiet area.

    The views from the balcony were fine. The breakfast selection was excellent with varied options. The spa facilities provided a relaxing atmosphere after our hikes. Clean and modern rooms. Staff were friendly throughout.

    I had a wonderful time staying in a cozy studio with a kitchenette, which was perfect for making quick meals. The spa offered a great steam room and a unique cold barrel for relaxation after a long day.     Cleaning services need serious attention!!! Overpriced parking fees were disappointing, especially when spots were unavailable. Additional improvements could enhance the overall experience!!!

    Couples looking for a magical escape

    The staff treated us like royalty, always making sure our needs were met, especially when they surprised us with a romantic dinner setup that had the perfect mountain view. Breakfast was mind-blowing, they even had these American waffles with whipped cream that had me feeling like a kid again, pure bliss.

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth it considering the experience we got.

    Loved the huge swimming pool and mountain views from our room. Only downside was the crowded jacuzzi area. The kids' club kept the little ones entertained, and bike rentals were great for exploring the area.

    Disappointment kicked in when the promised mountain view turned out to be nothing but a glimpse through a small window. The cleaning standards seemed inconsistent, with dirty sinks indicating a lack of attention to housekeeping. Breakfast was overpriced for the selection offered, barely averaging what a solid meal elsewhere would provide. Even when I reached out regarding a possible room change, the process felt overly rigid and unyielding, leaving me wishing for better flexibility . Lastly, the sound insulation left much to be desired. I could hear conversations from the hall and doors slamming nearby.
